Where have I been........

Where have I been...............working on ME! As you can see from the picture above I have been

busy working on ME. Something I never made time before, but the time came that this momma needed to work on me. So with that being said...there has been some big changes in the Guinn household. As you can see from the picture above I have lost alot of weight and feeling so much better. Jeff has lost weight too! The whole family is now much healthier and eating so much better! 94 lbs are gone and going to stay off this body!!!! So what are you going to work on this year???
