Where have I been???

I know you are asking??? I don't even know where to begin. I guess I will start with where I left off. School has started back in the Guinn house and it has been hard this year to get it done. It just seems both of them have so much more to do this year.

Then on Sept. 11- Spet. 13th. I took a much needed and deserved (if I do say so myself) break. I went away for the whole weekend, the first time is 17 years. Woo Hoo. The girls have NEVER been away from me for more than one night. Caitlan had a really hard time with the thought of me leaving....but Jeff did a wonderful job keeping the girls busy all weekend and things went real well. I went to Nashville for a scrapbooking convention with some girls from high school that I haven't seen in 20+ years, what a ball we had! It was wonderful and hopefully I will get to do it again sometime in the next 17 years! LOL

It has been raining here NON- STOP. This rain about to get to everyone. Caitlan has been going out to play in the rain just to run off some energy...and let me tell you I have thought about joining her a time or two. Here is some pictures to prove it.

Young people today........You have to see this!!

I cannot believe what I have just read. My heart is busting with joy to read what this young person is accomplishing in her life. I have read every post of this blog the last couple of days and it is such a blessing and joy along with some heartaches too. I cannot believe this young woman at the age of twenty has such maturity. I cannot believe there is not more publicity on this young woman and her life. She is simply amazing.
